Seaside seminar 2021: a look back

On Saturday 2 October we met at the coast, as is our tradition, for a day full of aikido. It was an interesting day, on which Tomita Sensei went deeper into the principle of becoming one. He showed specific exercises and so helped us to grasp one of the most essential principles of aikido.

We ended the day with a pleasant dinner in the centre of Veurne.
